This hotel sits right on the main plaza of Valladolid and has such historic charm. There’s a beautiful open air courtyard where breakfast is served (and the hotel restaurant). The pool area is perfect for kids and adults alike (you can order food and beverages at the pool). Parking is easy and secure - staff are lovely all around. Highly recommend getting breakfast included with the room - we found the hotel food and dining experience to be better than most restaurants located immediately around the plaza.

The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief.
