I arrived at the hotel at 12:50 am, and unfortunately, my check-in experience was quite frustrating. My family and I didn’t get into our room until 1:30 am due to multiple issues with our room keys. Initially, I sent my kids to the room while I completed check-in, but the key didn’t work, so we had to switch rooms. On the second attempt, I sent my wife and kids, but again, the key didn’t work. After being assigned a third room, we all went together, but the key still didn’t work. Finally, we went back to the front desk, where the key was reset once more, and it finally worked for our third room. It was a frustrating start to our stay, especially given the late hour and the repeated back-and-forth. I hope the hotel improves their key management system to avoid this kind of inconvenience for future guests.
