If after a long day of driving you discover that this property is the only one with any availability, sleep in your car.

This is a quiet place for sleeping. However the room needed maintenance- bathroom ceiling is water stained, rugs needed vacuuming, fan was full of dust. No room coffee or microwave. Finding place after dark was difficult because sign wasn’t lit!

Economical motel, but you get what you pay for. Lack of normally available utilities in the room: a small fridge is all there was in our room. They don't even have an electric kettle that you would find in every other motels, and there is no shampoo in the bathroom - just a tiny soap bar. WiFi is present, but noticeably slow. There was a wooden cloth shelf added directly to the wall, protruding out beside the headboard of the bed, that is very dangerous: I accidentally bumped onto it when turning on the nightstand light and got a bad cut in the scull! Canada might be different, but in the US, the owner would get sued for this...

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The room was extremely dirty. The floor was covered in sand, and the bed sheets had stains on them. The carpet smelled terrible, making the entire room feel unclean and uncomfortable. My 5-year-old son even said he wanted to leave because the room was so dirty. That alone says a lot about our experience. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, and I will definitely not be staying here again.
