Just what we needed - Separate bedrooms for our group, a place to cook & eat and it was an added bonus that every bedroom has its own bathroom and we had onsite laundry. Would definitely book here again.

Great space with lots of room, nice and updated, great for walking. Pool and hot tub looked nice. Only downside, I had requested blankets for the pullout and didn’t receive them until I called and asked again. There was chips under one of the beds and stickers on the pull out mattress. Not big deal, great stay.

Fire alarm started going off at 5 in the morning and was just in my room. When I called front desk they told me to climb on a chair and pull the fire alarm from the ceiling to solve the issue. Not one staff even came to see if there really was an issue.

Clean room, fantastic staff, plenty of parking, lovely pool and tub. Lovely room and cupboards full of utensils for your stay with a kitchen. Definitely going again in September! And great price for your stay.

It would be nice to have ac in all rooms. As if you opened the window for fresh air it was very loud. Also the beach is further away than expected. A restaurant on site would also be nice. Pool and hot tub was nice.

I travel to parksville once a year from North Saanich. Have stayed many times at this resort and it’s a very enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean, staff are super friendly and the pool is great. This trip we didn’t enjoy the hot tub as the jets weren’t working but really enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I've stayed here. This resort is beautiful! The staff is amazing and over the top helpful! My room was clean and shiny, and the bed was very comfy! I can't say enough good things about this resort. I would definately recommend this resort and will stay here again!

There was a parking and a pool to enjoy with this warm weather and beach nearby. We had our 2 year old grandaughter with us and she had fun. BBQ at our patio.

This resort is an absolute gem! The place was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. This is a dog-friendly resort; there are doggy bags and garbage receptacles for dog waste on the grounds. The view of the ocean is spectacular, and the walk down to the beach is easy, but on a very slight grade. The resort itself is beautiful with great walking paths, a pool, and a gym. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great, the living room and kitchen were very big. We did alot of our own cooking. Still lots of restaurants and stores near by. The shower supplies were fantastic, I might need to purchase it. The pool was good but if you are looking for a quiet while sunbathing its not a spot for you. Lots of kids which was fine with us. If we wanted it quieter we would just go to our spacious balcony.

I think the house is missing quite a few essential kitchen utensils. Also, knowing how many guests the house accommodates, it would make sense to provide the correct amount of bedding for everyone. Another issue was the air conditioning. It is only available downstairs, so the upstairs bedrooms became quite hot because the cool air did not reach them properly.

The townhome itself was very nice, very clean. But staff at the resort were not very helpful. We stayed there for two nights. Every day the pool was out of pool towels. We went the front desk where the staff was no help. They told us that housekeeping was in charge of the towels. When checked out, the front desk staff member told us that management would be contacting me but it's been a week and I have not heard back from the resort.
