Rooms were clean and bright. Ample parking, easy to find. Close to the shops and restaurants, though not easy walking distance, there's lots of metered parking there. Registration, check in and check out are via email, quite easy even if you're minimally technology savvy. Altogether a pleasant stay

The check-in had a few hic-ups. Once we got in everything was great! The staff was very helpful. Parking was great! Location is really good and the price was really good too!

Nobody on site. Self check in was horrible. I had to call a total of 3 times to check in, first 2 times i called the person hung up mid call. 3rd time was still difficult to get the room infos. Its a shame because the Hotel is very nice.

Property was clean, room modern, and just the right amenities. Location was perfect… only few minutes to downtown. The only downside was that there were only three pillows. We’d definitely stay here again. The price was great too. We didn’t expect it to be this great for the price.

Room was clean, easy check-in, looks freshly painted and updated beds/linens etc. Only complaint was pool was closed, clearly looks like it’s not been open much- grass clippings etc on solar cover- this the 1 star for amenities. Would stay again despite this.

I would give it a 10, but unfortunately the room smelled like mold, most likely because the water leaking from underneath the shower door. The bathroom door would also get stuck and my kids were not able to open it.

Parking was easy, check in at night was a little difficult, had to call and difficult to understand, but follow up emails were great.

Our room was clean and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Lake Placid. We had a little trouble with getting in using a passcode, but the staff was very helpful getting that resolved.

Very clean. Bathroom update is nice. Great microwave, big room frig. Contactless entry. Not difficult. No directions for remotes, very confusing so we could not watch TV. Difficult to reach staff because prompt on recorded message keeps saying invalid entry. However when we finally got through, they came quickly to help solve the remote TV problem. Bed comfortable, flat foam pillows not great. Suggest they leave directions for TV. Also add black tea to drink offering.

Clean and functional. Nice furniture. Good shower. Convenient location out of the fray and a huge sign so you can find where you’re staying.
