Its accessed by and located via an underpass and in the Ataryim Square part of Tel Aviv that is a 1970's brutalist dream - but literally on the beach. The entrance of the hotel is a welcome distraction from the concrete! The reception is modern and the perfect hotel for a few nights stay in TLV if all you need is a place to put your cases and a bed to sleep in. Lots of groups stay and its also popular with locals coming to TLV for a party weekend. The rooms are modern, but a bit dark, but comfortable. The food, plentiful. Its a 1970's hotel, modernised and good for a few days.

This hotel is a little hard to access by car (Gett/taxi) given the underpass and hard to walk to from other hotels on the beach given that the entrance is under a road.

Exterior of the hotel is ugly and rundown. Interior is much better. Rooms are small and have small windows with ugly views. However, location is excellent, hotel was quieet, and breakfast was exceptional

The location is very good There is no parking, and the parking close to hotel very expansive (360 for day and a half) The desk and the staff were very friendly and helpful The lift! Oh the lift! Terrible, extremely slow, and on Saturdays there is only 1. The rooms were ok, nothing special, looks a bit old. The pool was okay, bit crowded. To sum it up: I would choose a better place to stay, but the right price - i would go back (and that price is no more then 150$ per night)

O hotel é bem confortável, mas passei por várias situações desagradáveis com os funcionários, de assédio na piscina a roubo no quarto. Eu retornei ao hotel e a gerência me tratava como se estivesse fazendo algum favor para mim, gastei muito dinheiro me hospedando nesse hotel, no mínimo depois de tanto transtorno eu ser bem tratada, e não me olharem com desprezo. O hotel tem um bom custo benefício, quarto confortável e limpo. Mas a gerência do hotel é péssima!

Liked the hotel breakfast very good. But computers out when we got there and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for room. Finally complained and they let us check in. Entrance to hotel was hard to find taxi couldn’t find it dropped us off across the street. Didn’t realize you had to go down the steps to get to entrance

The staff is excellent and the Israeli breakfast in the morning are really good. The building itself is not in great condition. It’s seriously needs renovation. There is a smell in the air that is really unpleasant. The hotel tries to cover it up with some very strong air fresheners, but it’s still unpleasant. Also, there is a pool there is a spa however the pool closed early we went there and the spa was not open.

The location is great but the view, for the room rate, was terrible. Paid $250/night for 2nd floor street view, they wanted double for ocean view. The 2nd floor hallway is painted in a (cheesy) Pepto-pink which made me feel uneasy (maybe unsafe) but the room was plenty spacious and clean and there was nothing to feel unsafe about. They are located at one extreme of the beach, great for long beach walks. The rooftop is a definite evening place to hang out. Honestly, once I got past the pink hall, this is a no-frills, nice place to spend a couple of nights; Readily accessible to the beach, cafes, boardwalk, and fun. I would give them 4/5 stars
