“Nos encantó el hotel, tiene muchísimas amenidades, diseño súper cool y el ambiente está en total mood Tulum. Perfecto si buscas algo más vibrante y con onda. Eso sí, no lo recomendaría si tu plan es solo descansar en silencio, porque la vibra es más social y activa que relajante.” Ideal para pasar en pareja y con amigos! Súper recomendado!

Amazing hotel…. Staff was super helpful and welcoming made me feel at home!!! From Jose at check in to Daniel at the desk for anything I needed! Overall the stay was amazing! Tommy at the restaurant was also a great server and host along with Daniel to.. Overall the stay was the best and highly recommend to anyone coming to Tulum for the first time!!! I plan on being back again!

Out over all stay was good.. the only thing i got to say is that we got bit up alot in bed, due to ants crawling everywhere. Also i was so excited to use the balcony hot tub but it was really dirty like super dirty & it had an awful smell coming out of it. Other than that the stay was good, the neighborhood we adored & the people around was super nice & friendly. The scenery was so beautiful!

Wonderful hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed the naturalistic atmosphere of the hotel. No televisions was great. Patio was wonderful with tub, hammock and a swivel chair. Mosquitoes are relentless bring your repellent or you’ll get eaten alive. Great experience, staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend and would definitely return with my arsenal of mosquitoe repellent of course.

So amazing, the staff were so friendly and very welcoming since the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and I loved all every aspect of the space was decorated and Tulum inspired. Will come back to this resort again for the value and comfortability. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and a cute cafe very close by for food. Overall very niche hotel from the all inclusive resort vibe it’s different but awesome!

Staff was great and helpful all around! The rooftop party or DJ was not the best experience but it was over by 11p the noise and the choice of music is not the best. The water was an issue I requested to be moved because i thought it may just be my room because everyday there was a delay in me showering or even brushing my teeth! I’m not exaggerating it was every single day. The food was delicious and the overall aesthetic was pleasing.

Our stay here was amazing!!! The property is beautiful with amazing decor for pictures. The staff and lady at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we were set with a scooter rental and local things to do. I highly recommend renting the scooter because the hotel is about 10 mins from the Tulum strip with food, clubs, and shops to enjoy. Overall 9/10 the only complaint was the area is still being developed so there is construction going on.

Lovely

The staff was amazing! Super nice friendly and helpful. The construction noise made it hard to sleep in the mornings but they gave us complementary drinks to make up for it because it’s really not their fault. They went above and beyond with the decor and hospitality. Highly recommended. The roof top sunsets were beautiful. There’s no tvs lol I thought that was funny lol but very nice hotel
