Aucune place de parking malgré les indications dans l'annonce, pour tant c'était notre première condition pour un hébergement, une place de parking à Montréal c'est comme trouver une aiguille dans une botte de foin IMPOSSIBLE , surtout après 20H. Mais accueille très chaleureux et petit déjeuners agréable

We enjoyed our stay in Maison Montplaisir. Robert, the property manager, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The three rooms share a common kitchen and living room area. In the morning the table was nicely arranged for breakfast. Breakfast items, such as eggs, cereal, bread, and coffee, are provided, but you prepare it yourself. You are also expected to wash your own dishes. The bed was confortable and we slept well. The other guests were quiet and it was a peaceful time. Parking is an issue. In this neighborhood a municipal sticker is required for almost all on street parking. The nearest non-sticker parking was a block away and there were only three spots. We look forward to another enjoyable stay in the future.

Great neighborhood. Could walk to any type of food and could conveniently catch a bus downtown. The host was at the property when I arrived. He was super friendly and professional. Comfortable bed. Private bathroom but a little awkward. Shower is small. This is a no shoes house so bring slippers.

Good price, good location, very friendly host. Old house without any fancy or luxurious features, but everything works. Full kitchen, you-cook breakfast with fresh milk, eggs & many more goodies.

My experience was terrible as soon as we entered the owner of the property started asking us how we got it for so cheap and started venting about it. That is how we were welcomed and it is such a terrible way to welcome somebody who’s going to be your guest. There was no water in the fridge or even in the kitchen area that we could use. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet wasn’t even cleaned and it stink everywhere, including the room. The owner did not help with anything that was asked, and the whole house smelled like weed. The comforters even smelled and we couldn’t sleep properly. One of us got bedbug bites, which is still not healing. It was one of the worst experience ever. The house was noisy at night and he kept bugging us for tips an extra money for the parking not at all recommended to anyone.

The host welcomed me very well. The parking space is also easily available very close to the place. In the main fridge everything is available for breakfast. They provided me with milk, juice, egg, cereals and everything. It was a convenient stay.
