The hotel has a unique location, leading straight to a lovely Cala. The staff in the hotel, especially Jose and his team in the restaurant are amazing, always polite and kind.
However, the hotel is definitely lacking in terms of the basic aspects you would expect based on what you pay; the rooms could use an effort in renewal, the shower and the sink were clogged so it constantly took a while for water to pass. The television was not working properly and we had to ask two times for someone to fix it and they only fixed it on the third day.
The rooms have very few amenities, just soap for the sink and the shower, and for the price paid, one would expect others like shampoo, shower cap, etc.
There were some days when the room was not cleaned until past 3pm while on other they came in before 8:30.
Although it's understandable that it's not yet high season, they should be prepared for receiving and catering to guests.
Also, the information on hotels.com says that there is a computer room so we didn't take our laptops but when asking at reception we were told that there wasn't one.
There was also a pipe draining into the terrace of our room, both water and sand.
It would be important to specify that during low season they only open the main restaurant and not the other ones publicized.
They also try to charge you for everything, they say you can exchange pool towels but if you want to, they charge you 1EUR. Drinks are also not included in the half-board option.
