The air conditioner and carpets are not cleaned. I found a fever thermometer on my bed at nigth. It seems the blankets were not properly washed. The hotel is well located but not well managed. Some years ago it was one of the best hotels in town. Now it is one of the worst!

Infelizmente foi a pior experiência que eu tive em um hotel, desde o check-in ao check-out. O recepcionista Hector foi muito desagradável comigo e minha irmã. O manobrista do horário negou-se levar nosso carro ao estacionamento. Colocaram a gente em um quarto conjugado. Eu pedi para trocar porque nao me sentia segura por estar só com a minha irmã e Hector não trocou. O banheiro não tinha acessibilidade e para tomar banho tínhamos que nos arriscar para entrar e sair da banheira que ficava muito alta. E eu tive dificuldade principalmente para sair após o banho pois nao tinha onde segurar e eu ainda estava molhada. No café da manhã estávamos com pressa e tivemos que esperar em uma fila para tomar café da manhã. Mesa com talheres sujos. Foi uma experiência desagradável do começo ao fim. E estamos falando de uma diária de mil reais! Nao é isso que espero de um hotel desse nível.

O Hotel é bem localizado, é um pouco antigo, mas está em boa condição. O pessoal da recepção atende super bem, mas o pessoal do estacionamento lamentável. Você fala com eles, eles nem respondem, um deles não é Brasileiro, você pergunta uma coisa para ele, ele não entendia e repetia a mesma coisa. Na saída, dei bom dia para a pessoa que estava, nem olho para minha cara, falei obrigado e nem olhou também. Ninguém está obrigando eles a trabalharem lá, educação e respeito é o mínimo. Café da manhã é ok pelo Hotel, há melhores. É uma opção para ficar, mas não espere nada demais, entrega o esperado. Não têm nenhuma entrada USB ou USBC nos quartos para carregar celular, isso nos dias de hoje é muito importante. Estávamos com nosso Pet e taxa não é barata 120,00 para ele, mas pelo menos oferecem um kit para ele com alguns mimos.
