Vilket fantastiskt ställe! Helt olikt något annat vi bott på tidigare. Underbart rum och middag och en frukost med extra allt. Allt sammansatt och utfört av den otroligt gästfria ägaren Brian. Det enda som var tråkigt var att vi var på genomresa och bara kunde stanna en natt och hann därför inte utforska de mysiga omgivningarna i och omkring Avignon.

Eine vor den Toren Avignons gelegene, besonders schöne Maison d' hôtes, mit grossartigem Park und Pool, grosszügigen Zimmern bzw. Suiten und sogar der Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen. Unter allen Aspekten zu empfehlen.

Brian, the host, has built an amazing place. It is charming, exquisitely designed to the nth degree of detail. It's super comfortable and magically beautiful. Feels very intimate and homey. The warm welcome, the cicadas singing, the feeling to be in nature, the heat of Provence outside (with AC in rooms), the pool, and being just minutes away from Avignon festival by taxi or bicycle make it a very highly desirable place to stay when visiting Avignon. Breakfast is amazing as well. I strongly recommend.

I had the privilege of spending four nights at this gem of a B&B! The labor of love for this property by it's owner Brian shows throughout. From the moment we arrived, Brian made us feel so genuinely welcome. The food was incredible every single day: delicious, generous portions, and full of flavour. We were honestly blown away. Our room was so cozy that we had the best sleep this trip here. The highlight was Brian’s complimentary homemade walnut wine. We absolutely loved it! Such a unique and thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more special. Highly highly recommend staying here. We’d love to come back!

We had a great stay at Bastide de Bellegarde. Brian, the owner is a very welcoming and accommodating host. The place is uniquely decorated with beautiful grounds. Breakfasts were well presented and delicious. Make sure you opt in for an optional gourmet dinner.

We stayed for 4 AMAZING days/nights! Brian was the BEST host and accommodated all of our needs! He prepared meals all 4 nights that were 5 start quality! Offering cocktails prior to dinner and wine with dinner made it so easy. Our bed was the most comfortable and the room smelled like lavender!! We rode his bicycles into Avignon Centre and it took 15 min. This location is so close to so many other “must see” towns!!

Booked this boutique BnB last minute for one night before heading up to Dijon. Lucky to have stayed here due to a last-minute cancellation. Beautiful surroundings of this maison situation on an island outside of Avignon. Bryan, the owner's impeccable taste was on display throughout with the exquisite antiques to all the convenience of updated amenities in the spacious bedroom.

This is one of the most remarkable places we have ever stayed! The location is quiet and serene though it is just minutes away from downtown Avignon. The accommodations are stylish and comfortable. The food is spectacular. Proprietor Brian Kenna is personable and anxious that your visit will meet and exceed every expectation. He personally cooks and serves the wonderful meals offering an enthusiast’s appreciation for fine food and wine. He is quick to meet any request from an afternoon Coca-Cola to a morning green tea with fresh ginger. We can’t recommend Bastide de Bellegarde highly enough! Five stars all around!

This was the most amazing stay experiences we have ever had and we have traveled for 3 decades. Its an indescribable fairytale experience. Its makes your soul feel amazing and filled with joy. The irish gentleman who owns and runs this paridise property is supper personable, funny, and an amazing human. He is also an amazing chef and he can customize the food to your liking that creates the most intamate wholesome experience. After a couple days we felt like he was family and missed him when we left. This is not your stale conventional hotel experience in a stressful busy city, yet it is a 14 minute drive to avignon main city center. We will go back every chance we get. It feels peaceful, intimate, and amazingly unique. The hotel rooms, dining areas and other rooms are decorated like you really feel you are in a castle which you are! We are so grateful to have found it. Can't recommed this personable unique stay enough. The home history is fascinating. How the incredibly intelligent owner renovated this property with all modern conveniences blew me away.
