Person at front desk very kind and helpful. Check-in smooth. Check-out: no itemization or total fee charges listed on receipt (have no idea why); not acceptable, if there is a billing problem.
There was red mold in the shower, so we did not use it (I'm allergic to molds), and the floor had not been properly cleaned (dirt between tiles). Mirror poorly cleaned; hard to see oneself in it (as if cleaner had been sprayed on but not wiped off). Too few towels for a couple's use over two-three days. Water pressure very good and hot water plentiful.
There was no grab-bar in shower nor a shower pad to prevent falls (lawsuit waiting to happen?).
HVAC unit very loud.
The bed sounded like a snare drum every time we sat on it or turned while in bed. The springs apparently had no support and there was a metal wrap around that must have been what caused the noise.
Very few amenities: no coffee maker in room; a few plastic cups and a ice bucket; unfortunately, no ice to be had (machine apparently not working.)
Generally, given price of room for two days, very disappointing.
