The hotel itself is beautiful, with a unique blend of classic architecture and modern comfort. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy the best of Amsterdam while still feeling relaxed and at home. What really made the difference, however, was the exceptional service at reception. A special thank you to Julia du Cloo and Raoul Jenkins for their outstanding support. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and genuine care truly elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to find a place where both the setting and the people leave such a strong impression. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will gladly return in the future.

My husband and I just completed a stay at this property and it was wonderful! The staff were professional and very accommodating; they even helped us with figuring out how to navigate the city. There’s a tram stop right outside the entrance that will take you straight to the center city and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite hotels in Europe.

One of my favorite hotels. Each room is different - we loved ours! The inside is charming and a perfect blend of modern and vintage. The staff were all wonderful and the location is excellent as well. There is a major tram stop right in front. I would love to stay here again.
