I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. After the first time I was told that "some guest don't want the room cleaned everyday." I assured the clerk that I did want it cleaned everyday but still had to ask SEVERAL more times (we were there for 8 days). One day housekeeping bypassed my room all together and I had to come out into the hall and request that she at least take the garbage that had piled up and give us clean washcloths and towels. Her husband was extremely rude and impatient with me; answering for her as though it were not her job or she did not understand why I was so annoyed!

Sink was not draining, they need better housekeeping..rooms need to be repair. Staff was great. 2nd day screaming kids running on halls for a full hour no one say anything. then next morning same kids. Don't stay more that one day..

Good- clean sheets clean towels, comfortable king size bed, nice size fridge, overall appearance of the room clean Bad- shared the room with a cockroach. Shower curtain rod held up with toothpicks. Hard to sit on toilet with door in my knees. Not bad for a solo traveler.

The room was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes. They tried to put a spray but then the floor was all oily and slippery and when we came back from supper the smell was there again. My sister’s room had hair on her sheets. The shower head was going on the ceiling. And the bath all rusted. Never again ! However the staff was nice but room still horrible.

There is no Coffee Maker, the door gets stuck whenever you unlock it, the air conditioner is loud and noisy especially at night, the bathroom is so small you can barely do anything in it without shutting the door behind you first. Worst of all the shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that the door hits it, there are holes in the drywall and it moved freely. Would not recommend if you're used to amenities such as Breakfast, Coffee and Vending Machines.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bed and pillows, a cockroach in the room, and water leaking from a damaged ceiling. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but the second room had the same issues and was in similarly poor condition. The overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and unacceptable. I had to leave early and could not use the remaining nights of my reservation. To make matters worse, despite providing photos of the conditions, the hotel has refused to provide a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel.
