Business Trip – Disappointing Experience
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and while the location was convenient, several aspects fell short of 5-star expectations.
After long meetings, I returned to the hotel hungry and thirsty but was hesitant to use the minibar due to its very poor cleanliness. Additionally, I was surprised that essential amenities like shower caps were not in the room, and I had to request them from the front desk. It felt inconvenient, especially for a 5-star hotel, where these should be standard.
The breakfast also didn’t meet expectations. The omelet was good, but all dishes were served with frozen toast, which was reheated rather than fresh bakery bread. Both white and whole grain options, just disappointing.
While the location was ideal for my business needs, these issues affected the overall quality of my stay. With improvements in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings, this hotel could better meet the standards expected by its guests.
