Great location, very professional service. Thermal water swimming pool and gym equipped with brand new machines were good to have after a long day of exploring İzmir. Breakfast spread was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent experience at check in.Staff very helpful and gave us access to room at 10am.Beautiful room with sea view.Food in club lounge and breakfast was superb.Only minor criticism is that club lounge staff were not proactive.Despite the 2 of us being the only ones in the lounge we had to seek her out for service.Pool and spa area very impressive.Only annoying point was the nimber of seagulls using the pool

Spa and thermal water facilities were not at the same level of quality or cleanliness (was truly disappointed, and ended up not using the spa, pool etc. even though my main reason for picking this hotel over others was the onsite thermal pool).

Another anniversary visit.

As usual, we received a very warm welcome when we arrived by ALL the staff we encountered. As we arrived early, we were very happy to relax and have a coffee in the lobby bar. Arrangements were made to have our room made up before the official checking in time. The delightful gentleman on reception organised a table for us in the restaurant for that evening and also organised to collect our car-keys when our car was returned to the hotel later that day. Kindness at it's best. As usual, our room was very well appointed with wonderful views across the Bay of Izmir. Nothing had been missed and we were very impressed by the basket of fresh fruit delivered to our room. We spent the rest of the day by the pool relaxing in the sunshine and had a lovely lunch. There are always birds in the area due to close proximity to the sea. However, the seagulls this time were a nuisance begging for and getting tit-bits and defacating into the water and around the pool. We feel that this was NOT hygenic and the staff could have done more to deter the birds. In the evening we had a nice table in the restaurant near the piano and with a lovely view. However, we found the menu very lacking in vegetarian options offering only salad or spaghetti, not very exciting for a celebration meal. There were lots of lovely vegetable dishes on offer alongside the meat options. Breakfast, as always, was sumptuous and made our anniversary stay complete. We will return in the future.
