Slow communication with host. Asked for luggage storage and was never answered. Had to figure other ways to store luggage when we got to Paris earlier because we had to change travel plans due to an emergency.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean, modern, and in a great location to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. The best finds with this apartment were it had real central air condition with a thermostat in each room, a lift for your luggage and free luggage storage room, and two powder rooms (toilets) with 2 showers ( stalls) and a bathtub in the master bathroom ! Wow!!!! Oh I forgot a washer too! We were so excited to head back to the apartment in the afternoon after exploring and have real air conditioning with these history making temperatures. The streets around the apartment were adorable, and we loved walking to the cafes etc. Communication about checkin etc was prompt and exact. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to other travelers! Thanks for having us for our first time in Paris !

This was the perfect spot for our family of 6. We were super comfy and my wife even hinted she could live there. We had a terrible experience at another apartment and moving to this one made our Paris trip exceptional. We loved everything about it!!!

Loved the 2 bedroom apartment! Clean and comfortable. Only negative was the washer/dryer combination which we could not figure out, even with instructions. Overall a great place and walkable to many great historic sites

Absolutely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing area with tons of cafes, new and clean rooms with all of the fancy upgrades (and which served as inspiration for remodeling back home), big nostalgic European windows to look out and listen to the hustle and bustle of the city. We cannot wait to go back.

The apartment was spotless and we had everything we needed there. We are a family of 4 and my kids had their rooms, private bathrooms, and showers. we will stay here every time we visit Paris. The neighborhood was quiet and nice with restaurants everywhere close to the apartment. You can see the Eifel Tower from your patio. I love love it.

This apartment was FANTASTIC. It was clean, in a great area and had everything we needed. The only “odd” thing was that one of the bedrooms had a shower and sink but no toilet. And the “main bedrooms” shower feature didn’t have a holder on the wall for an actual shower.

The property was clean and really spacious and in a really good area but the management company was completely unresponsive and the WiFi was horrible we couldn’t even download tickets for certain things that’s how bad the WiFi was. I wish they were a little more responsive.

The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around the city. We had some trouble accessing the luggage room on the first and last day but the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely efficient in sorting this out for me as soon as I called them! Yes, there is no lift on the ground floor so you do have to take your luggage up yourself to the first floor but this wasn’t a problem for us. The only thing I can find to criticise is that the dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes. I tried using it twice but it didn’t work well so I washed up by hand in the end! But overall, it was perfect for our group of 6 people and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris! Highly recommend, thank you so much to all the staff at My Maison in Paris :)

This property was perfect for our family. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for us. The apartment was on a quiet street. There were plenty of restaurant opinions nearby and a coffee shop adjacent that was excellent. Walkable to all major sites. The metro was nearby also which was a plus. The property was very easy to access with a code to open the door. You just have to ensure if you go out all day that your phone is charged to enter the property. The apartment was very clean and the bathrooms were as pictured with hot water. The AC system worked perfectly. The kitchen was perfect and had a table that we used for dinner. The property management was quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay at this property upon return to Paris
