The room itself was clean and well-maintained. However there were a few issues. The shower door did not shut all the way, causing water to spray everywhere in our bathroom, making a huge mess.
We ran out of soap/body wash the first night, and no one in housekeeping made an attempt to refill it.
Breakfast was disappointing, as they had no butter, no coffee maker or hot water.
The hotel offered a decent looking pool, but the ventilation in the room was odd. It prompted my entire family to wheeze and cough within five minutes of being in there, and the pool itself was really murky. There was a station to offer towels to dry off, but it only ever had one or two towels on it, at the most.
Lastly, they require a $100 deposit upon check-in in, but they charged my card twice, holding $200 instead of $100. Neither hold has been removed yet. Overall, our stay was convenient and decent, but nowhere bear 5 stars
