The was an excellent stay from the very start to the very end. The staff were fantastic. The room excellent and the breakfast was perfect and worth every penny. If I have to say in Bristol again. I will not be even considering anywhere else.

It was a nice room for the amount that I paid. Not familiar with that part of bristol and a little way out from the city centre but it's all I could find at the time of booking that I could afford.

Staff was polite and helpful and called our taxi for us for when we checked out. Room was clean and very warm it was nice we had a fan. Nice tea coffee selection in room. Breakfast so much too choose from hot food to continental very well cooked help yourself buffet very nice. Very nice hotel the downside is there is no lift but other than that it’s all good.

The location of the Arnos Manor is excellent and ideal for my business trip. The hotel is an older building, so on a warm summer evening, ventilation and cooling were always going to be a bit more difficult. The facilities were good and the staff were really friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a good stay and would definitely consider the hotel next time I am down in Bristol.

Not good value for money anymore, shouldn’t have to pay for parking if you are staying there. Room tired and so hot as no air conditioning, 2 fans just didn’t help. So dates in the rooms. Communal areas ok. Breakfast buffet is very average, and not great quality. Stay for here as convenient for work but probably won’t come back again.

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room, and it was very warm, we could not sleep at all. To the hotel management: please invest in some AC, this is not laxury, it's is basic in a hotel.
