A nice hotel, at a fair price in the city center - parking was easy and the rooms were big.

Room was spotless and so well sound proofed. Zero outside noise eventhough we were in the heart of the city.

Lovely hotel, really nice room and spotlessly clean throughout. We had an issue with the TV and they put us in another room straight away. The staff are friendly, helpful and very nice. The parking in the multi story car park next door is free until 1pm on the day of checkout, which is a massive bonus for Bristol. The restaurant is really nice as is the food. Its just opposite Cabot Circus and close enough to walk to all the amenities in the city.

Fabulous city centre hotel with helpful staff who were very knowledgeable when dealing with a medical issue, great restaurant food and drinks, especially the cocktails. Great sized , comfortable rooms and to top it all convenient free parking in Cabot Circus car park. We will stay again.

This hotel is ideal if you plan to go out in the city centre ,its free parking is a bonus and the car park is clean, well lit and offers easy access to the main shopping centre .The hotel was adequate but could do with an update however ,still good value for money in any major city, I would definitely stay here again, Having travelled extensively in the UK I know how difficult it is to find parking and its usually at a premium.

Only stayed one night but couldn’t get over the lack of noise. I had a room right by the road (End of M32] and it was very quiet in the room. Overall very clean and tidy. Helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast. The mushrooms were very tasty. There’s free parking in the multi story next door which was very convenient. Definitely stay there again next trip to Bristol .

Solid hotel. Good rooms. Great location. Free parking. Seems staff are a little short on numbers with long wait at bar which was eventually sorted by receptionist.
