The customer service was awful, when we arrived for check in the front desk help was rude, when we asked for the best place to park. During our check in process the front desk got a call from a guest that was having issues with their TV, and the front desk person said, he didn’t know how to fix it and told them to try to fix it themselves. The next morning my husband when down to the front desk to ask where he could get coffee and the front desk person said they did know in a rude tone. When we were checking out the front desk person was yelling at a guest about their reservations, and that it was not her fault that the guest didn’t know how to book the correct room. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Hotel location was great, but do to the terrible customer service we will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend staying there to friends and family.
