As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Only stayed here for one night before flying back home. Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. They offered free breakfast which was great and they also have a restaurant that the food was good as well. If you are flying international like I did then taking the shuttle will take close to 30 minutes from the hotel to get to Terminal 4.
Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!

Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok.

We spent one night here after a football game before flying home to the States. It was a perfect location to Vincente Calderon stadium, walking distance, very easy. The room was a good size, with very comfortable beds and a nice sized bathroom. We ate at the restaurant downstairs after the game. It was busy, but the staff was very gracious while we waited offering a drink at the bar and light snacks, as well as a complimentary appetizer once we were seated to make up for the wait. Lovely...
