Infelizmente, minha estadia não foi satisfatória. Logo no primeiro dia, identifiquei que a televisão do quarto não estava funcionando. Solicitei apoio em duas ocasiões, sem retorno. Apenas no dia seguinte, após a terceira solicitação, uma técnica realizou a verificação e informou a necessidade de reparo, sugerindo a troca de quarto. A troca, no entanto, demorou consideravelmente. Após um dia inteiro de evento de trabalho, precisei aguardar por horas até a liberação de um novo quarto, o que comprometeu meu descanso. O terceiro chamado foi registrado às 19h26, e só consegui me acomodar novamente, tomar banho e jantar após as 22h. Após a mudança de quarto, a questão da televisão foi resolvida, porém surgiram outros problemas: o ar-condicionado, mesmo desligado, emitia um ruído alto contínuo, e o sofá-cama apresentava instabilidade, chegando a se desmontar ao me aproximar. Diante dessas ocorrências, a experiência foi desconfortável e aquém do esperado.
