Everything about this hotel stay was amazing! It has great amenities and is very family friendly. It is also walking distance to a nice mall for an added shopping experience! The picture window on the bottom front of the floor had a huge gap whenever you stand and that made it very dangerous to stand told the people from the lobby they did not change our room. Also, on the first night in the middle of the night they were trying to get in our room.

I arrived on Oct 29,25 at night and they assigned room 117. The bathroom was in very bad conditions with patches on the ceiling, the bathtub old and full of patches, too. the room looked and smelled old , One of the trash cans didn't have a bag. They themselves knocked on my door to offer me another room (305), and I get there, and the sink was clogged. I was very tired, in pjs, ready to go to bed, but I had to wait for the Plumber, and then wait for the cleaning lady, to wash the sink. It was an awful night.
