We came for ADE, to enjoy dancing in Amsterdam. The room we got was between two rooms that were being renovated which means that out of the 6 nights we stayed here, we didn’t sleep for 3 nights because the construction work started early morning. The noise was impossible. At the reception they belittled my claim that they should have let their guests know that they are under construction. Instead of moving us to a different room that might have been quite, the manager said that we can relax because that don’t work on the weekend..I guess she felt that 3 night of sleep out of 6 is good enough 😞 for me, this is not how you make a guest feel good
