Loved it.

Great place to stay. There were many younger guests, mostly students, but still a few older people like me. Everyone was very friendly, and the hotel staff were excellent. I really appreciated the free laundry facilities and the option to reserve a machine through the app. I will definitely be back next year.

Excellent public transport links to Amsterdam/Haarlem/Schiphol airport. A nice quiet hotel, away from the bustle of the city centre. Lots of amenities on site, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestion would be to offer twin beds.

Good: Overall good value for money. Great access to both Metro and tram just outside the entrance. Not so good: there is no refrigerator in the room and the showers water pressure is reduced way too much in order to "save the polar bears" apparently. But overall a decent stay.

We had a really nice stay at The Social Hub Amsterdam West. It’s not central but it’s good linked to the center with the tram and metro, which are both in front of the hotel. Best sleeping I had in a hotel too!

Calming colour in the corridor

All the staff - from the front desk, in the café, to the housekeeping team - were friendly, professional and approachable, not to mention really enthusiastic. We also noted the Colours used in the corridor: calming wall paint and soft carpet to make us feel calm and cosy when returning from an adventure.

Overall the stay was great - location next to metro was convenient for me heading out to a conference at the RAI. Rooms a bit basic and tired. You could hear noise from hallways and other rooms. The gym was pretty dire… basement with limited lighting. Staff helpful, WiFi amazing, and breakfast was good. I was travelling for work so overall I was happy, but there are better places out there.

Didn't stay there. We walked in. There were shot glasses on tables and looked like a frat house. The line for the check in was so long that we had to wait for an hour. After an hour the line was still barely moving so we went to another hotel and stayd. Can't recommend this place if you above 16 years old

The room was great, bed is comfy. Bathroom a little small but still fine. Only thing I did not like is there was no mini fridge to put drinks in and whilst they offer a shared kitchen you are not allowed to use it unless u stay there a minimum of 2 weeks which is quite ridiculous in my opinion. We just wanted to keep our water cold. They did offer to keep any refreshments in the bar fridge but it's quite ridiculous to keep going down and up from your room just to fetch refreshments especially as we were allocated on the 4th floor. I did enjoy the games they had down stairs. The transport links were very good once u understand how to get around. Overall was great

Hotel muy completo

El hotel no está en el centro pero tiene muy buena combinación de transporte público. No he podido explorar el hotel al completo (porque estábamos siempre fuera) pero tiene buenos servicios, lavandería, cafetería, zona de ocio, aparcamiento para bicis… la atención ha sido estupenda y las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y silenciosas. Los productos del baño son maravillosos, llevamos de todo y podríamos haber dejado ese espacio en la maleta para otras cosas. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a este hotel.

Lidt kedeligt sted

Deres café varetager ikke turister fra andre lande særligt godt. De kan ikke magte det pres der er på caféen og er meget længe om det. Hotellet er slidt og puder mm er fyldt med pletter -ikke særlig rent. Faktisk ulækkert. Godt sted for unge studerende at hænge ud. Ligger et stykke væk for alt aktivitet og ingen restauranter i nærheden. Kedelig beliggenhed.
