On first impressions this hotel looks very good, however as it is situated on a junction, there is a lot of traffic noise and courtyard view rooms have noisy air conditioning units outside which are also noisy. Our bathroom was dirty on arrival with hair in the sink and shower. We stayed 5 nights and had no bed linen change and fresh towels only once. Toilet rolls are like gold dust and I had to request one from reception. Worse of all is security. Our room had the door left open all day on once occasion and due to the fact there is no safe in the room we were very lucky not to lose anything. There appears to be very small lock boxes behind the reception desk which offers no privacy whatsoever. Would I recommend this hotel? NO. Would I stay there again? Not even if I was paid to do so.

Room was nice but there’s no table in a king suite. Going down to the cafeteria area was nice to work options. Microwave needs cleaning has a burnt smell. Bathroom was not cleaned the week+ we were there. The front desk staff was amazing and the breakfast and the lady who maintains is was fantastic. The breakfast and cafeteria was always inviting, clean and well stocked
