I had booked through Hotels.com and the hotel did not have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number. At this point I have paid for the room twice and the receptionist at the Hampton was no help whatsoever. Plus the tv wouldn’t work in my room and once again no help from reception.

Staff was good and competent. Breakfast was really good. Housekeeping was right on. Bed was comfortable and fridge and microwave worked well. Only issue was the room really needs updating: bathtub had peeling finish; window shade was inoperative; missing lavatory stopper; and the lavatory faucet is installed such that it's really awkward to use. Thermostat required a new battery....wouldn't work. Lots of good points....just the above. Not a bad stay, but could be better.
