⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Luxurious and Thoughtful Stay – Highly Recommended (despite booking hiccups)!
We recently visited this hotel and I am delighted to give the property itself a 5-star rating. From the moment we finally settled in, we were impressed by how tastefully designed the entire property is, and everything was sparkly clean.
Our partial ocean-facing room was nicer than expected and very well appointed. The absolute highlight was the sleeping setup. The extra-large king bed was massive and easily accommodated my husband, our 8-year-old, and me with room to spare. The mattress was firm and comfortable, and the luxurious bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, ensuring great nights of sleep.
The hotel service was fast and attentive throughout our stay, and one gesture truly stood out. They noticed from my husband’s passport that it was his birthday and surprised us with a lovely cake, flowers, and a handwritten note in our room. That level of thoughtful attention to detail is rare and was deeply appreciated. Dining was also a pleasure; the breakfast buffet was spacious with plentiful options, including both machine and fresh-ordered Vietnamese coffee.
A Warning Regarding Rooms.com:
While the hotel was fantastic, I must mention a significant issue related to our booking agent, Rooms.com. The booking caused issues because Rooms.com did not show my child's age on my side of the booking, but incorrectly reported it as age "1-5" to the hotel. This discrepancy caused an unfortunate dispute dur
