Upon arrival i was asked for a $200 deposit, without any prior communication regarding this fee. Thankfully, after a long deliberation it was waved as I had no use for the mini bar.
For four months I had been looking forward to relaxing in a bath, unfortunately, we arrived to find that the bathrooms had recently been renovated and my room no longer contained a bath. Only a shower with a half screen, so the bathroom floor floods with each shower.
They don't have daily servicing and with only two towel hooks for four towels, we were trying to dry ourselves with wet towels. Our rubbish piled up and we couldn't find a rubbish shoot or spare bags to use.
The beds are so soft that back pain was inevitable. And the TV screen had a blurry picture and strange colouring.
The 'city view' was like overlooking slums. Special mention to the car park with open rubbish bags lying in it.
The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean. The pool was freezing, but nice.
I wouldn't stay there again.
