I didn’t feel this property was value for money. Not very nice at all. The entrance wasn’t clean. Hallway was dark. Room was dark with terrible lighting. Didn’t smell pleasant. Very dusty. Pretty sure there’s much nicer places to stay at Gladstone for similar price.

There was a bit of a mix up with late check in and someone in the room we were allocated. Contacted staff member and she had everything resolved quickly. Very friendly. Room was spacious although a bit dated. Easy walk to restaurants.

Room very average, all cutlery dirty, many ants in the tea/coffee given and room had a musty smell. Bed was just two singles pushed together with a very hard centre, not a king bed, only one small pillow given and was loud outside all night.

Great place to stay. Nice clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Everything you need is in the room. Parking can be an issue as a lot of workers stay here. I enjoy staying here. It’s my second time. Will stay again.

The staff was wonderful, but the rooms are a bit grimey. The location is good but it’s on a very busy road
