Las toallas no estaban tan limpias no olían muy bien y se escuchaba mucho ruido incluso el tv de las otras habitaciones el desayuno en el segundo día era el mismo del primer día y lo que quedó porque ya no habían yogures para los cereales

Breakfast was poor. No butter out for toast and had to ask for it. Small amount of bacon put out not refilled until people setrtingfo ask for it. Worker was like a guard. Of all hotels we have stayed at this was the only breakfast like that. The room was super clean and bed was great. Location was good.

4/10 Aceptable

Room was clean but behind the Bathroom pieces of dog/cat food still there, visible mold around tub seen. Very noisy yet. Excellent staff no issue with them. Only Sherry in the breakfast room was great and cleaning tables after guests use. Very minimal food availability. Parking terrible throughout and all enterance huge I mean huge potholes. Heating and air conditioning was not bad. Overall it’s not good. I had to go get my towels and even toilet paper rolls inspite of filling it. No one came. I was going to reception and requesting them.

Great parking and location. Plenty of restaurants close by. However, this place is in bad need of TLC.

We had a great stay - the staff was super helpful and very friendly. They even personally brought a few items up to the room even though I would have gathered them downstairs myself - so very attentive. The room was clean, TV worked great, the AC was cool and not noisy, the pool looked fabulous, and lastly, the breakfast was just right. Good selection with clean dining area helpful attendant. The location was good also - a 5 minute walk to the Thunder Bay Auditorium. 5 stars - everything we needed with smiling faces.

Ive stayed at other hotels in the area and this was the best so far, and i dont see my search extending much further. It was quiet (no excessive noise from other guests or rooms) room was clean, the pool was a great temperature for my toddler. Overall great experience and will stay again
