Front desk ladies were great they had goos greeting when we walked to check in. Hotel was decent Hotel, maybe needed to update the room just a little on floors and the ac unit, the bed was comfy 😀, and wasnt a loud environment, and the price was a decent price to book. And hotel in a good spot to drive to certain stores in area, we would book agian it was a decent hotel

Our stay was disappointing. Room had a very strong cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. Cleaning staff do not fully clean the room or bathroom. There are areas of the floor that haven’t seen a broom or mop in ages. And on top of all of that, hotel has no elevator so that was an unpleasant surprise. What I did like was the bed. It was really comfortable. And the breakfast was great.
