Demasiado sucio camas baños restaurant general malo todo las camas y sobrecamas manchadas cucarachas en la habitación los baños demasiado sucios !! Los pisos Deberían mandar una inspección sanitaria!! Porque ni siquiera pudimos dormir !! Uno va con la tranquilidad de descansar y se encuentra con toda la suciedad de una habitación y de un hotel sin elevador es incosebible

The carpets were not well vacuumed around the bed. The door dead bolt was initially broken, but immediately is that it or do you wanna just the gas station I want you to drive it first and then I’ll drive it to see what gas station gas station there is one up there to the left. I’ll follow you.

What amenities? Staff was clueless to linens needed. One morning “out of towels” when our double room was supplied with 2 towels for 4 people. Couch sofa mattress covered in dirty hand prints, from food or blood, we couldn’t tell. This was a last option with booked rooms and will never return here. BW or whomever owns this place needs to take more pride in their business and fix everything! Including the bathroom that was all falling apart.

The hotel was very nice. The only thing that was kind of strange was the only working elevator and it even made you think you were at Six Flags on a roller coaster. It rattled as you go up and down the elevator. But other than that it was a very well kept hotel we would go back.

Check in was at 3pm. We showed up at 3:45 and got told the room still wasn't ready. They switched our room so we could get settled. I get upstairs and open up the room just to find other people already staying in that room. I go and get ANOTHER (this is the 3rd room now) room just to find the ceiling has water damage and is cracking and you have to flush the toilet 4-5 times just to get toilet paper to go down. The elevator kept getting stuck and would sound an alrm for 10-15 minutes before starting to work again. Extremely disappointed with the hotel especially since all the reviews I saw said it was amazing. Spend the extra money and got somewhere else!

Got to the hotel to check in and the rear elevator was not working order. Get into my room and the thermostat wasn't lighting up to control the temperature in the room. It was about 1 o'clock in the morning so I just went to sleep. Woke up the next morning to find chunks of long black women's hair all over the walls in the shower. Walking around the room with socks I picked up tons of long women's hair as if the place hasn't been vacuumed in weeks. Definitely a horrible experience.

Early check in was nice..no fee..front desk was super nice..however they put us in a room that was being worked on. When we arrived the door was open and we assumed they were just finishing cleaning. Checked room..the tub was terribly old and rusty/stained. Not super picky so it was fine...then while unpacking a guy walked right in. Stated he was working on the tub. Asked if we were checking out next day..we were so he stated he would fix it when we left. After he left we noticed secondary door lock missing. That was not good..but there was still 1 lock. Shower was hot and pressure good so no real issue with tub other than cosmetic. Middle of the nite neighbor turned music super loud...attempted to call front desk..phone inop! Half asleep had to google phone number...front desk successful in getting music turned down. Overall decent stay..beds could have been softer but that's just preference.

Our room a/c wasn’t working properly. To,d them and the front desk person and maintenance man came. Both agreed 81 degrees was unacceptable and said we could move. About 10 minutes later when I asked about moving the front desk manager said he had just rented the last room after knowing he needed to move us. Sent another a/c man and he got it temporarily working enough for us to sleep. We knew we would be out of the room all the next day so didn’t ask about moving. The room was ok that night. Not surprised that no one bothered to inquire about the situation.

We stayed here four nights for a family event. The room was comfortable, and very quiet. The bathtub could use some updating. All in all, a very pleasant experience, until we checked out and found out it would have been $80 cheaper to book directly with the hotel.

The first guy Able was very friendly and everyone but the last guy who was supposedly new he was not. The room the couch had stains on it. The bed in room 319 needs to be replaced it was awful both beds. They had a mattress topper on them but that didn’t help the springs poking it made noise and felt like it would flip when my 5’3 self tried to get out of the bed. The bathtub looked dirty but it was just rust and calcification. The breakfast was decent but not stocked well. They waffle batter ran out around 9 the pastry choices were slim like a chocolate chip muffin. It’s was much better the next day at 6:30am everything was stocked better we actually were able to make a waffle. Then came time to check out and the guy at the desk who didn’t give me his name told me to go get the keys that I would need them to check out. I was so angry by the time I got back which the room Was on the other side of the hotel and a girl was there she apologized and told me he was new. I should have known to ask for a manager or someone else. He made me late leaving and late to church. This is not how my trip should have ended.

I was sold a balcony with a king bed here many times, never an issue. Now with new management we showed up for the room, but they had already sold all the balconies, but charged us for one because we used a third-party site no refund was offered we were sold a lie. Not a pleasant experience. Our room floor was soaked from the AC, half the bedroom was very wet, the room smelled terrible, and we were not offered another room. They were all full, except one with no AC working, the offered 20% off our next stay. The place is going downhill fast.

The staff was unprofessional and very rude. The trashcans inside and outside were full with very foul odors coming from them. Staff member tried to charge an additional $150 after checkout for a beeping smoke detector that needed new batteries. When asking for towels after swimming we were told we had to pay for them even though no towels were present in the towel area. Breakfast was horrible. This was a horrible experience for me and my family

The pool area was very dirty then when my family went to get pool towels the lady at the desk said we had to pay for them once I checked out at the property at 1030am the lady tried to charge my card 50$ at 4pm saying I broke the mirror when I left my room the way they left it for me I had to go find linen for the pull out couch the breakfast was not the best the juice was watery and was told thats how it comes this was the worst experience I had and I will not be returning here ever again

Usually we have no real issues with staying here. This time, after waking up, it was discovered that the towels in our room were only hand towels and we had nothing to dry off with after a shower. I called the front desk and was told that if I wanted towels I would have to come get them myself from the front desk. Apparently the person was the only one around and couldn’t leave the desk. That was unacceptable to me. I was in my pajamas. I am very disappointed in the hotel after this stay and we have stayed here more than 4 times this year!!!

DON’T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! This hotel was absolutely filthy. First thing we walked into the lobby and it smelt like old mop water, literally disgusting. The seating area had food smashed on the floor and brochures or magazines thrown. Next we start walking to our room there is trash throughout all the halls and filth. We get to our room and there was disgusting stains all over the floor, human hair on the carpet, two small pillows on each bed, exposed box spring, literally looked like a trash hotel you’d spend $20 a night on. I requested a room change immediately and she made me walk with her to “take pictures for proof” and then didn’t even do that just waisted my time with my children and luggage. Put us in another room and it wasn’t any nicer but it wasn’t absolutely filthy like the other. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Front desk lady couldn’t have cared less about our experience or the presentation of the hotel.
