The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Pleasant staff, easy parking, a basic continental breakfast, cereal, toast, waffles and coffee. We will stay here again.

Management works very hard to keep that old hotel in good shape. Big room, very clean and with older furnitures in very good shape. Building is very quiet and parking behind building is safe.

Nice hotel…everything needed…only drawback was location-downtown(seedy sort of folks hanging around in parking. Alley way).

It is an older hotel but very well maintained and a great stay at this price point. It is located in downtown medicine but they offer gated parking. My only complaint was that there wasn't a dead bolt or any secondary latching system on the door. Breakfast had a wake machine and then the usual toast and cereal.

Great value hotel in a very convenient location with handy parking. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a nice size room which was very clean with a bathroom which looked recently refurbished. There was coffee available down in the breakfast room and a fully equipped kitchen for guests to use if required. Breakfast was great for what we had paid. Really couldn't fault the hotel for the cost and would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

Friendly staff in a charming Villa. Some pieces of furniture in my room were a getting to end of life maybe with scrates and dings in them but served the purpose. Microwave and nice sized fridge were very helpful. The breakfast did not have many options and there were no to-go coffee cups for those who needed to get on the road. Not a big deal but it is a nice option for guests. I would stay there again and it's a convenient location for the charming Medicine Hat downtown area.

Room looked nothing like the pictures the bed was most uncomfortable thing possible and you could not control the mini fridge so all of my drinks froze

I think it was a nice stay. Yes there may be some unhoused hanging out but the hotel is fenced and felt safe to me. The bed was hard tho and the shower was terrible. Breakfast was minimal but the price was right.

The breakfast was kind of basic, no protein to be seen, but the price was fine for the room without breakfast, and there are plenty of places to eat breakfast! Definitely a great place to stay.
