The woman who is receptionist and host is extremely unprofessional. Within our 10 day stay - we had to move to 3 different rooms. The first room we were given had a huge smoke issue, it was impossible to breathe due to smoke coming in from the neighbors burning trees every night. We were starting to feel ill, there was an actual smog in the room. We asked to get a different room, so we were then moved to a room that not only seemed was in better shape but finally had oxygen. We were actually happy in this room but one day we came back from breakfast to find that ALL OF OUR THINGS were taken out of this room and put into another one. Without calling, management decided it is okay to go in, touch and move our things.. Even though all of the rooms look like they were meant to be the same - they are not. The first room had a gross bathroom, broken window treatments, an ant problem and just overall very sad room. The second room had a much brighter and less run down bathroom, the room felt newer and nicer. The third room that we were forced to move to was the same as the first.Horrible, dark dirty bathroom infested with ants, broken closet doors and a broken bed, strong tile sealant smell. We were treated like garbage by the management of this hotel.She is very rude and not fit to run this kind of business. She has a nerve issue, she doesnt listen to what the customer is trying to say, just yells over you. We heard her tell other guests that the rooms are the same.. THEY ARE NOT
