If you have stayed at an older inn then you know what to expect in terms of furniture, bathroom amenities. The bed was comfy. the room was clean, the bathroom showed old fixtures with stain marks

This is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy quirky old houses, which I do. The manager was welcoming and helpful. She had a nice array of breakfast items available and offered to make me something else if needed (I have dietary restrictions). You can get coffee, tea or snacks in the dining room at any time. The hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood and convenient to where I needed to be during the day. Easy street parking, or use the small lot behind the house. This is not a spit and polish kind of place but relaxed, comfortable and charming. I would definitely go back.

This inn falls somewhere between dilapidated and charming. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were appreciated. The breakfast was adequate. The in keeper was great. However, the property could use a significant upgrade.

It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying

We enjoyed our stay at this Victorian B&B. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy and we had a delicious breakfast. It is located on a main road and is easy to find. The inn is nicely appointed. We do enjoy the charm of an old historic dwelling and the antique furnishings. Adrienne is friendly and hospitable.

There should have been a security code to enter the B & B considering there seemed to be no one there. Each room had a key dangling from door. The B & B is in need of repair and updates. Not family friendly as there was a trashy movie playing when we came down for “breakfast” - we turned the channel. A box of Trojans was sitting on a table upstairs along side a boxed hairdryer. Was that their amenity table? I was hesitant to look too closely. I’m not sure what vibe Wayne on Main is going for - it certainly doesn’t measure up to historic Honesdale. We paid a pretty penny for an overnight. Thankfully our bedroom seemed clean and the window unit A/ C worked well. There was a trickle of water in the tub shower. No exaggeration. Please look elsewhere.

An older property, but well maintained. Very comfortable. Plenty of snacks available for us. A few little annoyances- The light in the bathroom went out while I was showering. Really should have two bulbs. Disappointed with breakfast, it was cooked at 7 am and stayed in a warming tray until we came down at 9 am. It was pretty dried up. And french toast was advertised on the black board, but the cook said she didn't have bread... so change the sign.
