I recently stayed at lemon tree hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. Upon entering my room, I noticed a strange odor. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they attributed it to the rain and promptly offered to change my room. Unfortunately, the second room had the same issue. While they sprayed air freshener to address the smell, it only added to my discomfort. Having stayed at numerous five-star hotels, I expect a higher standard of maintenance and ambiance, especially from a renowned establishment like this.
That said, there were some positives. The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially when I requested my tea to be prepared in a very specific way—they delivered it perfectly. Additionally, the food I ordered was excellent and truly lived up to the hotel’s reputation.
Overall, while the service and culinary offerings were commendable, the unresolved issue with the odor significantly impacted my stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience.
