Solo esos inconvenientes

The location is unbeatable: Great access to Plaka, Monastiraki Square and Athens Center Great dining options just downstairs and everywhere!

Overall a great place to stay! Location was great with many tourist sites easily walkable. Good bang for your buck for the price in terms of space and very clean. Communication with host, who was very helpful, through whatsapp was easy and convenient.

Great location, everything was convenient. Have to wait 45 minutes to check in but apart from that everything was great.

Prime location. 15 minuted walking to Acropolis and other historic sites. You can find the flea market and other shops as soon as step outside the rooms. The only con is that the A/C doesn't go below a set temperature. So it gets hot in the summer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions and surrounded by many great restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the area. The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, and the room itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. The only small issue was that I didn’t receive the check-in instructions before my arrival due to an email error. However, I was able to contact the host quickly, and the problem was resolved without any difficulty. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was beautifully situated, comfortable and fairly well appointed. The only inconvenience was noise: the punctual bells of the adjacent cathedral and the repetitive thud of 'dance' music from a rooftop restaurant/club. Fortunately, the latter ceased by 2 a.m.; the religious reminders were perpetual. There was also no Wi-Fi.

Room was easy to access and clean. Location is really ideal and incredibly easy to get to the Acropolis, city center, and metro. Room was a little older, but overall everything worked and was clean. This is near the city center, so there is considerable noise into the evening.

Clean room, great communication with owner and got transportation set up (paid by us though). It is in the perfect location to walk to the acropolis and monastriki market with shopping and dining all around us. No need to taxis

Really great stay here. Centrally located, easy check in, no noise issue, comfortable bed, clean. Only con is that the wifi really didn't work. Cut out every minute. Overall, very good

Plaka district is a busy area and a little noisy but we chose to be there. Lack of front desk was a little inconvenient but owner (?) made it as convenient as possible.

This is a decent place to stay for the price. However, the only reason I will not stay here again is because there is no elevator, meaning you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. It would not be so bad if you only had a carry on suitcase, but if you have a full size suitcase, it is definitely not a pleasant experience.

2/10 Mediocre

There is no front desk. That was only communicated in very small print on the documentation received of multiple pages. You're to receive an email 24hrs. prior to check in, which never came. When I got to the hotel, there were 2 ladies cleaning, that were not dressed in any garb that would indicate they worked for the Metis. This was the worst experience in Greece overall. Would not recommend this location. Due to complications had to seek other accommodations.

Great view. Flexible host let us keep our baggage in the room after checkout. Walk up lots of flights of stairs with no elevator. Took awhile for hot water to heat up. No coffee

A truly disappointing stay that fell far short of our worst expectations and failed to meet even basic safety standards, especially for a property styling itself as a suite. The main issue concerns safety, as the primary entrance door is left wide open and directly shared with an adjacent restaurant's kitchen, allowing anyone to freely access the building at any moment. The room's lock was flimsy and insecure, the space felt dark and gloomy, and the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage exhausting. We had pre-arranged to drop off our bags, but upon arrival, the room was dirty, featuring unhygienic carpeting and a general state of neglect across the poorly maintained, unwelcoming building. When we voiced our legitimate concerns, staff dismissed our worries about safety and cleanliness with total indifference and negligence. Having prepaid for the stay, we requested a refund; management and staff contacted us back only to pass the buck, completely refusing to take any responsibility. Given the unacceptable conditions, we were forced to find alternative accommodation. The property completely lacks transparency, support, and customer service, and I strongly advise against booking here until these severe issues regarding safety, hygiene, and management are fully resolved.

It is located in the old Athens and very convenient to visit the Acropolis which is only 1.3km away on a 15 minutes walk. Many great dining options as well as shopping around Maris. The rooms was comfortable and a great value for the location
