The instructions for check in were a bit confusing. When we arrived, the door was hard to open (it was a different door and not something we have ever seen) when we called the person on WhatsApp, the smart mouth did not help. Basically told us, that it opened this morning and that the door just opens. A simple instruction that the door knob needed to be pulled and pushes after turning it twice would have been nice. The person that worked in the office apartments was more helpful.
Once inside, there were no extra blankets or a pillow for us. On the reservation it said 3 people and one of us stayed on the couch without a blanket or pillow. The bathroom situation was worse. 1 toilet paper roll for 2 night and 3 days, also no towels or a hairdryer like other places provide. And the kitchen was okay. We were expected to wash dishes, but barely any soap was left to wash them. Overall there was a lot of stuff missing from this stay that would have made it comfortable.
The lack of instructions just made it less enjoyable as well.
