Thank you to Summer (Sommer? Sorry about spelling.) She answered parking questions patiently the day before I arrived. Upon checkin, she also noticed I was traveling with my child and preemptively offered to move us off of the “horror movie themed” floor to a kid- friendlier Pac-Man floor. This was really sweet and much appreciated… no nightmares on our stay! My kid loved the themes and thoroughly enjoyed this boutique hotel. All the decorations were perfect and fun to look at. The breakfast is a great deal. I would highly recommend adding it to your stay!

1st room had wet carpet, which was no problem they moved us to another room, but the next room had no hot water. Reported to the front desk and the next day was mildly hot, the following day better and our last day no hot water again. We heard several people complaining of the same situation. We reported it again as we left, they offered no recourse.

Housekeeping, forgot the M&M’s
Always enjoy staying at the Curtis. I did notice that the room was not as clean, carpets still had debris and M&M’s in the corner. Toilets weren’t cleaned very well same with the shower. Will still continue to come anytime. I’m in Denver. Love the 13th floor and all the themed floors as well
