The hotel was beautiful, and the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. However, my main concern was safety. When walking from the casino to the hotel, there were people lingering around the entrance waiting for someone to use a hotel key card to gain access. I noticed two men closely watching a woman in the casino who had just won a large sum, and they followed her to her room, despite not having a key card themselves.
The cleanliness of the casino also left much to be desired. The slot machines and bathrooms were quite dirty. I felt especially sorry for individuals in wheelchairs, as the restroom was cramped and difficult to navigate. There was only one accessible stall, which limited their options.
As for my room, I discovered clean sheets and linens had been placed over dirty ones, which was disappointing. Additionally, when I tried to adjust the showerhead, it fell off, causing water to spray in my face and making me lose my balance. Although I managed to fix it, these small details made my stay less comfortable. These may seem like minor issues, but they are the little things that make a big difference.
