Upon checking in, I was able to upgrade to a larger room. However, the rooms were significantly smaller than anticipated compared to a similar room at the same hotel branch located approximately 30 minutes away. The king-sized room was inadequate for my needs, and the bathroom was surprisingly small. Upon arrival, I discovered hairs on the bathroom door and a spot on the carpet in the main chair area. Additionally, the mattress was excessively soft, which resulted in poor sleep quality. Every time my partner moved, I was compelled to move with the mattress.
The room’s doors allowed excessive amounts of light in, which posed a significant security risk. The heavy door slams forcefully, and I once had a hand caught in its latch. The breakfast was basic and consisted mainly of carbohydrates. There were no towels by the pool to use.
