The worst stay I had in Guangzhou
Where should I start. I arrived at the reception and the receptions could not speak any english at all. Above all she was very rude! A small girl being rude to an elder person is just disgusting! I went to my room and they gave me a room with NO Windows!!? And it was a smoking room, so you can image how the smell was in a room with no Window. I complained about the room with no window since I booked a room with windows as shown on my booking. They didnt want to give me a room with window even though I booked it. The same rude receptions told me even to either take it or book somewhere else with no refund. Since I have arrived at 23u (11pm) Looking for another hotel was impossible. After a while I asked to talk to the manager. Luckily she did speak English. First she also didn’t want to give me a room with window, but when I threatened to leave a bad review she quickly changed her mind and gave me better room. The room was still a smoking room. Don’t bother to choose a non smoking room, they don’t have any. I really recommend you book somewhere else, trust me, you’ll thank me for that.
