Very clean throughout. Very spacious rooms and bathroom with a very spacious shower. Extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic layout of room. Lovely to be able to open door to let fresh air in. Kettle, slippers, towels, tea, coffee, biscuits etc provided. Iron board, extra pillows, wardrobe, fridge, tv etc. lovely breakfast and good gluten free section. Facing 3 arena and right beside trams. Would definitely stay again.
