I needed a hotel room for 1 night close to Warsaw Centralna and Warsaw Śródmieście as I was arriving from Krakow by train and leaving from Warsaw Chopin Airport early the next morning (and the airport train leaves from Warsaw Śródmieście). This hotel fit the bill - an easy flat walk from both stations, close to places to get a quick dinner, and with 24 hour reception.
The room had a lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Science, great natural light and a window that opened for fresh air. Excellent hot water.
Two points to note - while the hotel has an elevator, the landings are between the floors, so you need to either carry your suitcase up or down a half flight of stairs even if you use the elevator. Further, the refrigerator in my room was very noisy (I think it was the ice in the freezer cracking during the defrosting cycle) which caused some disturbed sleep - probably solvable with ear plugs but with my early start I was worried about sleeping through my alarm so didn't wear ear plugs and was woken up repeatedly by the loud cracking sounds.
Nevertheless, great location and great value for money.
