Chidorigafuchi Green Way, a 700-metre-long path next to a moat on the west side of the Imperial Palace, is one of the best cherry blossom viewing spots in Tokyo. It's within a 5-minute walk from Metro Kudanshita Station, attracting locals to stop by after work.
