Dirty floors, dirty bathroom floor, shower and walls covered in hair and splashes of pop or coffee, extremely loud staff at 5:30am, clanging dishes and talking excessively loud in hallway. Other guests running up and down hallways and stomping around in rooms above, yelling in hallways and outside at all hours of night!"

"the room was not entirely clean when we arrived but it was nothing too much and we didnt feel like complaining. The property needs to deal with an area of ice on the pedestrian walkway close to the front door. While walking to the front desk later that night I did not see the ice buildup until I was already flat on my back. I did let the desk know what occurred in the morning and asked if they did not have safety salt. They apologized while acknowledging they are aware of the ice. I strongly suggested they do something about it before someone slips and breaks a bone. "
