The room At 3 on out arrival it was hot , our room was so small and the pull out bed was all lumpy and smelled funny , there was used contact lenses in the sheets ewe , this hotel is a big no"

"Had an incredible solo trip. I'm originally from New York, but moved out of the city few years ago. I've stayed at different hotels when I visit the city, but this is the first hotel I would visit again. The staff first and foremost was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. They service the room daily and hotel felt more luxurious than the hotels I've stayed at prior that are supposed to be luxurious. I will be back. 10/10."

"I have stayed at this hotel previously and appreciate the cleanliness of the property as well as the friendliness of the staff. It’s also a huge plus to have the mini market in the lobby. It feels safe and very convenient"

"This hotel was great. Love the location, the restaurant at the entrance and the rooms were decent size, clean beds. Front desk staff was helpful. However, The mini fridge still had leftovers from previous guests and we had hand soap instead of body wash in our shower. We told 2 people and never got what we needed. Elevator broke while we were there. I would still stay there again!"

There is a noticeable homeless presence outside the hotel, but that points to broader national and federal policy challenges rather than anything local or within the hotel's control. Overall, a fantastic experience and easily a 5-star stay."
