Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. "

"La habitación muy espaciosa. Pero eso fue lo único bueno. En la reserva que hice ponía claramente "vistas al océano". Nos pusieron en una planta baja a nivel del restaurante (a 2 metros de él, como se puede apreciar en las fotos 1 y 2) Evidentemente no se veía el océano, se veia el restaurante igual que los comensales nos veían a nosotros. Eso también implicaba, a parte de la nula intimidad, ruidos cuando arrastraban los containers de basura, por ejemplo.
El día de llegada no pudimos reclamar...

"Standard Family Cabin, newly refurbished. Very well provisioned, nice quality linen. All sorted for self catering. Double bed and a set of bunks best suited to kids. Nice park with pool and jumping pillow. A couple of camp kitchens with great barbecues. Excellent staff that we interacted with."

"The room its self was ok, bed was comfortable but there are things to be aware of. Hotel is from 1901 and not totally renovated yet, rooms are up stairs which are original. Doors are half doors, again original but I’m big had to remove back pack to enter. Biggest bath is NOT attached, it’s yours with a key but it’s across the hall so you need to dress to use it. It also closes sort of early, I just barely got in at 9:30."

"We really enjoyed the spacious cabin.. plenty of room to move.. Clean and plenty of hot water but we really loved the fact that we were surrounded by trees and couldnt even see or hear our neighbours!! It was so peaceful and relaxing.. "

"First of all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room (mind you it was a standard) was gorgeous. Clean, modern, all the kitchen facilities to cook your own meal if you wanted to or to use a microwave. They had a washing machine / dryer combo in the room, making it very helpful to clean your own clothes. Pool, gym, cinema, buffet breakfast and dinner. Fabulous place to stay. I had several usb points in my room to allow charging of all electronics."
